Hi! My name is Jacqueline and ever since I could remember I've always adored animals! Over the years my family and I have loved and cared for multiple pets. We currently have 6 fur babies of our own, which includes 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 rabbits, so basically a mini zoo š„° After high school, I decided to adopt my first cat ever. She was this shy little kitten at first and now she's the most affectionate, loving, and at times crazy, cat ever. Her name is Chai. Chai is also adventurous and very sneaky š During one of these sneaky adventures came Kiki, a sassy ball of fluff. Jacqueline was amazing. She met us ahead of time and asked great questions that hadnāt occurred to me. She was persistent but not pushy with our shy cat, and warm and fun with our outgoing cat. She documented everything with photos and videos, so that we had a clear idea of how everything was going, making our vacation much better by taking away the worry about our fuzzy friends at home. I've used a lot of great cat sitters in the past, but Jacqueline truly is a cut above the rest! She is meticulous with every detail and need required for your kitties. She took careful notes during the meet-and-greet, asked a lot of questions to make sure she had all the information, and even thought of details that I did not think to include in my information to her. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
