"Kyle was amazing to work with! Communication was seamless throughout the booking and meet-and- greet process, and the meet-and-greet itself was wonderful. Kyle was patient and thoughtful when meeting our somewhat shy and skittish kitty. He sat on the ground to wait for Bandit to approach and knew not to make any fast, sudden movements. Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. He didn’t hide at all, gave Kyle rubs, and even sat on the couch with Kyle for a second, which is not usually the case when our nervous guy is with new people! We already booked Kyle again for a longer trip we’re taking in April, and we could not feel happier about it!"

"Anya was truly the perfect sitter for our two cats. From the moment we submitted our reservation until the moment we returned home, Anya was professional, warm, friendly, caring, and such a treasure to work with. Anya's communication pre-meet and greet was thorough and friendly and immediately put us at ease about leaving our cats in our home for six days. During the meet and greet, Anya was warm and friendly and knew exactly how to help the cats warm up to her. She asked great questions which let us know that she wanted to know our cats and wanted to make sure she provided the kind of care that they needed. While we were away, Anya provided excellent care for our kitties. We were treated to pictures and videos of our happy kitties and information about how her visits were going. She spent time with the cats, playing with them and petting them and providing a warm environment while we were away. She truly treated them as if they were her own cats. Our cats can be shy and timid and are used to having us around and Anya knew exactly how to make them feel loved. When there were some eating challenges that cropped up, Anya was thoughtful and helped us brainstorm possible solutions to get the kitties back on track. She never got frustrated with us and remained so patient and kind. Anya is also the perfect houseguest and left everything exactly as she found it. She even checked in to make sure our flight got in ok so she could confirm that the cats were ok for the night. I would absolutely work with Anya again and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an absolute treasure of a person and cat sitter."

"I had never left my girls in the care of someone outside my family or close friends before, and was definitely nervous going into this! Especially because the older one has had a lot of health issues in the last year, and is on some medication, and usually hides from strangers. With Marian, she warmed up very quickly! Within a few days she was best friends with both of them. She sent photos and updates after every visit and quickly made me comfortable feeling that they were getting well taken care of. She handled the medication great, followed all of my overly detailed helicopter-parent instructions to the letter, was entirely respectful of my home, and even hand-washed the cats’ used food dishes each day even though I had left enough clean ones out for the length of my trip away, and she could’ve just left them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher for me to handle when I got back. It’s like I paid for a cat sitter and got a house sitter for free! (although there weren’t many tasks) Don’t let the lower number of reviews compared to some other sitters in the area deter you; she’s top tier- and at least for now, she was charging less than most of the other sitters I saw in my area."
