We were stuck in California because of the blizzard in Boston but her great care immediately put both Lili and us at ease. She took her to the vet twice and stayed all day by her side until we returned close to midnight. The vet told us she was extroidinary. All through those days she fed Lili by hand keeping her alive. She ventured out during the worst of the storm to make sure Lili and Cooper were ok. What truly set Kaylee apart was her attentiveness. She followed up regularly to check on Lili’s progress. We always felt like we were her only priority — even knowing how many other animals and families she was caring for. Thanks to Kaylee’s expert, tireless care, Lili survived until we returned. Lili did pass the next day but she kept her alive until we were reunited. We are convinced that her dedication made Lili’s time on Earth loved and cared for. During our two week-long travel abroad, Sophie took such good care of our two kittens, providing them the emotional support they needed, while also providing us assurance through daily text updates and (very cute) photos - these really gave us peace of mind. Sophie clearly knows how to care for cats of different personalities - both our kittens warmed up to her very quickly and looked forward to her daily visits. Sophie played with them, fed them wet meals, cleaned their bowls, changed their drinking water, scooped and changed their litter boxes. Sophie was super attentive to the health and safety of our cats! She notified us when there were changes to their stool consistency and took care to remove items that they were chewing on. When the kittens were unwell and in cones during a prior visit, Sophie was able to skillfully and calmly apply eye drops/ointment for both. We highly recommend Sophie for looking after your cats while you are away!"

"I had never left my girls in the care of someone outside my family or close friends before, and was definitely nervous going into this! Especially because the older one has had a lot of health issues in the last year, and is on some medication, and usually hides from strangers. With Marian, she warmed up very quickly! Within a few days she was best friends with both of them. She sent photos and updates after every visit and quickly made me comfortable feeling that they were getting well taken care of. She handled the medication great, followed all of my overly detailed helicopter-parent instructions to the letter, was entirely respectful of my home, and even hand-washed the cats’ used food dishes each day even though I had left enough clean ones out for the length of my trip away, and she could’ve just left them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher for me to handle when I got back. It’s like I paid for a cat sitter and got a house sitter for free! (although there weren’t many tasks) Don’t let the lower number of reviews compared to some other sitters in the area deter you; she’s top tier- and at least for now, she was charging less than most of the other sitters I saw in my area."
