She was super shy at first, and Nick was patient and chill with her until she came out of her shell. He made sure to keep me informed when Bug had some symptoms and offered to take her to the vet (luckily the symptoms resolved quickly and no vet was needed!) The whole time, I rested so much easier knowing she was in great hands. I’ll definitely be booking again!"

"We can not recommend Sophie enough. She went above and beyond in her role taking care of our cat Stinky, who requires a daily medication (Senvelgo) to manage his diabetes. She was on time, provided clear and consistent communication, and treated Stinky with kindness and love. In addition to this, Sophie went above and beyond to extend her care extra time when our flight got delayed… offering to drive in the middle of a blizzard to get to our house so Stinky could receive his meds. She also assisted with other issues we had in our home related to power outages, in addition to shoveling snow so she could get to the door and so we would have access to the house when we arrived back home ourselves. Again, way above and beyond what we had hired her to do. We can not express our gratitude with adequate words. We are so very appreciative of Sophie’s care and kindness when it came to our home and our pet. If you are looking for a pet sitter please look no further. "Anya was truly the perfect sitter for our two cats. From the moment we submitted our reservation until the moment we returned home, Anya was professional, warm, friendly, caring, and such a treasure to work with. Anya's communication pre-meet and greet was thorough and friendly and immediately put us at ease about leaving our cats in our home for six days. During the meet and greet, Anya was warm and friendly and knew exactly how to help the cats warm up to her. She asked great questions which let us know that she wanted to know our cats and wanted to make sure she provided the kind of care that they needed. While we were away, Anya provided excellent care for our kitties. We were treated to pictures and videos of our happy kitties and information about how her visits were going. She spent time with the cats, playing with them and petting them and providing a warm environment while we were away. She truly treated them as if they were her own cats. Our cats can be shy and timid and are used to having us around and Anya knew exactly how to make them feel loved. When there were some eating challenges that cropped up, Anya was thoughtful and helped us brainstorm possible solutions to get the kitties back on track. She never got frustrated with us and remained so patient and kind. Anya is also the perfect houseguest and left everything exactly as she found it. She even checked in to make sure our flight got in ok so she could confirm that the cats were ok for the night. I would absolutely work with Anya again and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is an absolute treasure of a person and cat sitter."

"Ann was great! One of my cats had a colectomy last year, so I'm constantly worried about him and his poop while I'm traveling. Ann totally got it and made sure to prioritize that in her updates. When we did run into an issue that required meds, she was able to give them to my cat without issue. It's really nice having someone who is so familiar with and comfortable handling medical issues. She took care of my cats for a week and I felt totally comfortable with them in her care. I'd absolutely use her again without hesitation."
