We knew Kristin was the absolute best from past visits, but just a special shout out for being a potential life-saver! Kristin noticed that our girl was not doing well over the weekend and let us know immediately what was going on. She finished the rest of her bookings and returned to our place to watch over our cat until we could rush home to her and get her to the hospital - even offering to take her there herself while we were on the road. Above and beyond type stuff and we’re very grateful for her!

Our 3 cats have complicated feeding and sleeping arrangements due to health issues. We asked Kristin to follow very detailed instructions and appreciate that she was willing to do so. We returned from our weekend trip to find 3 unfazed cats, which is a big compliment to Kristin! The water bowls were full, leftover food was neatly stored in the fridge, plates were cleaned up, and the litter boxes and area were clean. We also enjoyed the pics sent after each visit.
