"Ian was so patient with our girl Phoebe. He gave her time to adjust to his presence and space to herself while still making sure she got her medications and fluids. On top of that, he was very communicative, keeping us in the loop with pictures and updates each visit. He was also very open to improvisation when Phoebe was being extra difficult with her meds. He really put our minds at ease on our trip. We couldn’t recommend him enough!"

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of Vincent, and it was especially reassuring to have all the updates since we were away for a longer period of time than we usually are. "Enya was very professional and thorough at our meet and greet, taking notes and asking great questions. She is very friendly and has a calm energy that our cat responded quickly to. Norma doesn't trust easily and other cat sitters have never actually seen her during their visits. On her first visit, Norma didn't hide under the bed and actually let Enya pet her and give her some belly rubs. We were so happy to see how quickly Norma trusted Enya. We would highly recommend Enya."

Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"
