Krista was awesome! When our auto-feeder's battery ran out while we were away, Krista came by for an additional visit. She was very flexible and thoughtful, and adapted to my kitty's mood to snuggle instead of play. We are grateful and will book again!

I had such a great experience with Krista watching my cat, Walter, while I was out of town. From our first meeting, it was clear she really understand cats and love what they do. Walter can be picky about people, but Krista was patient and gentle, and by the second day, they were best buds! Every day, I got a quick update with photos, which was so reassuring. Krista made sure the litter box was spotless, the food and water were fresh, and even gave Walter plenty of playtime and cuddles. It really made being away from home so much easier knowing he was in such good hands. If you’re looking for someone responsible, kind, and truly attentive to your pet’s needs, Krista is the one. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
