"We can not recommend Sophie enough. She went above and beyond in her role taking care of our cat Stinky, who requires a daily medication (Senvelgo) to manage his diabetes. She was on time, provided clear and consistent communication, and treated Stinky with kindness and love. In addition to this, Sophie went above and beyond to extend her care extra time when our flight got delayed… offering to drive in the middle of a blizzard to get to our house so Stinky could receive his meds. She also assisted with other issues we had in our home related to power outages, in addition to shoveling snow so she could get to the door and so we would have access to the house when we arrived back home ourselves. Again, way above and beyond what we had hired her to do. We can not express our gratitude with adequate words. We are so very appreciative of Sophie’s care and kindness when it came to our home and our pet. If you are looking for a pet sitter please look no further. "When our beloved cat Lili fell seriously ill, we were terrified and heartbroken. What followed was one of the most stressful periods our family has ever faced — but Kaylee made all the difference in the world. From the very first visit, Kaylee’s warmth and genuine compassion were unmistakable. She didn’t just treat Lili as a patient — she treated her as the cherished member of our family that she is. We were stuck in California because of the blizzard in Boston but her great care immediately put both Lili and us at ease. She took her to the vet twice and stayed all day by her side until we returned close to midnight. The vet told us she was extroidinary. All through those days she fed Lili by hand keeping her alive. She ventured out during the worst of the storm to make sure Lili and Cooper were ok. What truly set Kaylee apart was her attentiveness. She followed up regularly to check on Lili’s progress. We always felt like we were her only priority — even knowing how many other animals and families she was caring for. Thanks to Kaylee’s expert, tireless care, Lili survived until we returned. Kyle was patient and thoughtful when meeting our somewhat shy and skittish kitty. He sat on the ground to wait for Bandit to approach and knew not to make any fast, sudden movements. Kyle also asked great questions and had such an attention to detail that we knew Bandit would be in caring, knowledgeable hands. During the two drop-in visits, Kyle provided lots of detail about how Bandit was doing and sent the most adorable pictures! It was clear that Bandit warmed up to Kyle immediately. He didn’t hide at all, gave Kyle rubs, and even sat on the couch with Kyle for a second, which is not usually the case when our nervous guy is with new people! We already booked Kyle again for a longer trip we’re taking in April, and we could not feel happier about it!"

"What started as a routine booking quickly turned into something much more, and Tea handled it exceptionally. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her. We always felt fully in the loop and completely confident in the care Freya was receiving. Tea is incredibly intuitive, kind, and gentle, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after.
