Jacqueline is lovely! She asked thorough questions on the meet + greet, provided updates and photos, and genuinely loved being around cats. Our cat is high maintenance but she went above and beyond to give our cat playtime and attention, and even turned on cat tv for him. So glad that we had her to cat sit!

Also, our shy cat interacted with her almost immediately which has never happened before! Usually it takes at least a few days, so we were really pleasantly surprised. Jacqueline was absolutely fantastic looking after our cat, Taggy! First of all, she is incredible at communicating - she let us know when she would be doing her visits and gave detailed updates for every visits (including pictures of his food and litter box). She also went out of her way to make sure Taggy was happy - giving him lots of love and even putting on cat TV for him (which he loved). Taggy can sometimes be a little moody when we are away, but Jacqueline was totally understanding and sweet with him. I’m very happy to have her take care of Taggy in the future!

Jacqueline was wonderful every step of the way! Till is usually very shy but she warmed up to her right away, and Jacqueline went above and beyond to make sure Till was happy and had everything she needed. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jacqueline exceeded all expectations for our kitty. He’s pretty high maintenance with his hearat condition and all his meds, but that didn’t stop her from keeping him happier than ever! She sent pictures and videos from every visit and updated us about everything. I couldn’t recommend her more, our kitty already misses her.

Jacqueline did a great job with our difficult cat. Marzipan is wary of new people and can get territorial - sometimes she just needs to be fed and left alone. Jacqueline was respectful of Marzipan’s boundaries and acted according to her specific needs, for one thing ignoring her when she needed to be ignored (which a lot of cat sitters don’t do!). She also went above and beyond, emptying out the litter genie and washing the wet food spoon even though we said she didn’t need to. Highly recommend if you have a challenging cat!

Aftee our meet and greet I knew Jacqueline was going to be great with my babies - she was attentive and let the cats approach her without being too forceful with them - upon her visit she shared pictures and videos and sent clear messages on what she did at the house, updates on the boys and amazing pics and vids. Besides being amazing she left a little gift for the boys and they (and I) loved it !!

Jacqueline’s pawsome! Every 2 cat household knows…one cat is everyone’s friend and the other’s Braveheart until a stranger arrives. Well, Jacqueline had both eating out of her hands (literally) two days in. Amazing. We’ve had family visit that haven’t even met our second (scaredy) cat. That speaks volumes about Jacqueline’s cat whispering skills. Our girls did NOT miss us one bit. Besides that, Jacqueline is professional, friendly, empathetic, and a great communicator. Jacqueline was amazing! Our shy cat who normally hides from new people was giving her slow blinks and letting her have pets. Our other cat needed medication and monitoring and she administered everything perfectly. And the adorable photos were a plus!

I can’t recommend Jacqueline enough! She is so kind and attentive, and also prompt, detail-oriented, and flexible. She took care of my girls while I was on a long trip and they did very well with her. Towards the end of the reservation my senior cat started developing an eye issue and Jacqueline was willing to help out and modify the reservation last minute by adding additional night visits to clean my kitty’s eye and give her some extra attention. Jacqueline genuinely cares about her clients and it shows.

Jacqueline was amazing. She met us ahead of time and asked great questions that hadn’t occurred to me. She was persistent but not pushy with our shy cat, and warm and fun with our outgoing cat. She documented everything with photos and videos, so that we had a clear idea of how everything was going, making our vacation much better by taking away the worry about our fuzzy friends at home. She was also adept with the topical and oral medications one cat required. Couldn’t have been better!

I reached out to Jacqueline very last minute to take care of my cat while I was on a five day trip. She completely understood and made time to put me at ease and make a plan together. She is super professional but still warm and kind. My cat Ziggy is very social but anxious and it was obvious from her video shares he loved her. His demeanor when I got home was so different than past trips and sitters. He was himself but much more calm and happy. Jacqueline went above and beyond and made all the minutes of each visit count from feeding to playing to opening a window so Ziggy could enjoy a little fresh air and adding water to his food to make sure he was getting enough. She even left him a little homemade gift that he loves and a thoughtful note. I 10/10 would have Jacqueline sit again.
