Hanna is incredible. She is professional and kind and proveded excellent uofates from her visits. Olliver is a tough cookie but with her kindness and persistence, she broke through to him. I am now able leave Olliver , in full confidence, that he is being cared for , and importantly, be is cared for , as much as I care for him!

Hannah is hands-down the best pet sitter we've ever had — and we've had many great ones over the years, so that says a lot. While we were away, a few unexpected things came up, but she handled everything quickly and professionally. She's incredibly smart, dependable, and truly cares. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
