For my 10th birthday I had all my friends to buy cat supplies that I would donate to my local cat shelter. This shelter is also where I got 2 of my current cats and the other is a rescue from... Hi my name is Mallory! I am in college majoring in biochemistry while also playing soccer. I have grown up with cats my whole life. I currently have 3 cats, one of which is special needs. My cats mean the world to me and I can’t imagine my life without them.
For my 10th birthday I had all my friends to buy cat supplies that I would donate to my local cat shelter. This shelter is also where I got 2 of my current cats and the other is a rescue from NH. As a pet owner, I know how important our pets mean to us which is why my goal is to help alleviate stress that comes when looking for pet care. I want to be a friendly face that pet owners see and would undoubtedly know that their pets are my first priority.
I willingly go out of my way to ensure that pet's needs are met and cared for. I have experience in caring for all types of animals as I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies and more.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
My favorite thing about cat sitting is meeting new cats. Each cat that I have met has its own unique personality just like people.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 3 cats. The oldest is named Jar Jar Binx after a character in Star Wars. The next one is Bubba who is a special needs cats with a big personality. Finally, there is Balsam who is named after a Balsam tree and has a tree shaped mark on her face.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
When working with a new cat parent communication is crucial. This allows me to connect and build a relationship with the owner. This ensures that their cat is in the best possible care and any worries that the parent may have is alleviated.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
The most important aspect to me when caring for a cat is trust. This is not only from the cat but also the owner. I want to prioritize the cats needs to ensure that they are properly taken care of. I would be patient with the cat and only do things to make the cat comfortable.

Mallory is great with my cat, Simba. she provides great pictures and updates everyday and when I return, Simba is a lot calmer than she has been in the past. I put this down to Mallory paying attention to her and playing her favorite games. she’s the best!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving
- December 22-28: Christmas
- December 29-31: New Year's 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Pepperell cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Mallory was easy to communicate with and we had a great meet and greet. I left some lengthy instructions that involved a slightly complex feeder that I didn’t get in time for the meet and greet, but Mallory followed the instructions and kept my kitty Wednesday fed and happy. On days she was scheduled, she always visited in the first half of the day and send great pics of Wednesday.
