It’s clear how much she enjoys them as well, which gives us such peace of mind when we travel. Debbie always leaves things neat, and has no problem cleaning up after their “messes” (Lucy apologizes but Rizzo has no remorse 😂). She also shares adorable photos throughout our trip (and when we get home)."

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

He is a clear cat whisperer who knew just how to relate to our kitties, and took exceptional care of their wellbeing while we were away. He was thorough during our meet and greet, making sure he knew all their needs/preferences, but also emergency info and requested the cats’ carrier be near the door in case of emergency. We had such peace of mind knowing thwy had him looking after them. And we returned to find them as well as we ever have (they are usually upset after we’ve been away). She even contacted customer service on my behalf to ensure that my mistake was corrected and that I didn’t have to pay extra, which was extremely generous of her. Excellent communication before, during, and after the visit. She clearly takes the assignment seriously of taking care of your kitty. I felt completely reassured leaving my cat Khan with her.
