"Nick is awesome! He was incredibly communicative during my long trip, and so generous with his time taking care of my Bug. She was super shy at first, and Nick was patient and chill with her until she came out of her shell. He made sure to keep me informed when Bug had some symptoms and offered to take her to the vet (luckily the symptoms resolved quickly and no vet was needed!) The whole time, I rested so much easier knowing she was in great hands. I’ll definitely be booking again!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

She let the cats take the lead and moved slowly with my more shy kitty. Throughout the sitting job, she was very communicative and sent lots of photos, videos, and updates. It is clear the Kristen truly loves cats and is dedicated to taking excellent care of them. Over the course of the weekend, Kristen earned my trust as well as the trust of both cats. "We just got back and we’re still smiling at the photo updates we received! SO CUTE! Kelsey seriously went above and beyond with our little crew! Two highlights that genuinely blew us away: she managed to spot AND get a photo of Mac, our shyest guy who almost no one outside my husband and I ever sees. And Roux, our anxious girl who typically hides and stress-spirals when we're gone, was actually hanging around and comfortable enough to be photographed. That is HUGE for us and says everything about the calm, patient energy she brought to our home. Goomba and Wednesday had a blast and LOVED play/treat time! The communication was easy and relaxed the whole time. We never felt like we were bothering her with questions, and the updates came naturally without us having to chase them down. It made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing everyone was genuinely okay. We will absolutely be booking her again. Our cats are already looking forward to it :) THANK YOU!"
