"We can not recommend Sophie enough. She went above and beyond in her role taking care of our cat Stinky, who requires a daily medication (Senvelgo) to manage his diabetes. She was on time, provided clear and consistent communication, and treated Stinky with kindness and love. In addition to this, Sophie went above and beyond to extend her care extra time when our flight got delayed… offering to drive in the middle of a blizzard to get to our house so Stinky could receive his meds. She also assisted with other issues we had in our home related to power outages, in addition to shoveling snow so she could get to the door and so we would have access to the house when we arrived back home ourselves. Again, way above and beyond what we had hired her to do. We can not express our gratitude with adequate words. We are so very appreciative of Sophie’s care and kindness when it came to our home and our pet. If you are looking for a pet sitter please look no further. "What started as a routine booking quickly turned into something much more, and Tea handled it exceptionally. We booked her for a standard trip, but partway through, our cat Freya developed a medical issue that quickly escalated. From the moment Tea noticed something wasn’t right, she was incredibly attentive, proactive, and communicative. She kept a close eye on the wound, kept us informed every step of the way, and ultimately took Freya to urgent care, where she received imaging and needed staples. What stood out most was not just her responsiveness, but her judgment and care. She handled everything with such calm, thoughtfulness, and professionalism during a stressful situation. She also went well beyond what was originally scheduled, staying overnight so Freya wouldn’t be alone, administering medications, and coordinating with others to ensure there was always someone with her. We always felt fully in the loop and completely confident in the care Freya was receiving. "Anya was truly the perfect sitter for our two cats. From the moment we submitted our reservation until the moment we returned home, Anya was professional, warm, friendly, caring, and such a treasure to work with. Anya's communication pre-meet and greet was thorough and friendly and immediately put us at ease about leaving our cats in our home for six days. During the meet and greet, Anya was warm and friendly and knew exactly how to help the cats warm up to her. She asked great questions which let us know that she wanted to know our cats and wanted to make sure she provided the kind of care that they needed. While we were away, Anya provided excellent care for our kitties. We were treated to pictures and videos of our happy kitties and information about how her visits were going. She spent time with the cats, playing with them and petting them and providing a warm environment while we were away. She truly treated them as if they were her own cats. Our cats can be shy and timid and are used to having us around and Anya knew exactly how to make them feel loved. When there were some eating challenges that cropped up, Anya was thoughtful and helped us brainstorm possible solutions to get the kitties back on track. She never got frustrated with us and remained so patient and kind. Anya is also the perfect houseguest and left everything exactly as she found it. She even checked in to make sure our flight got in ok so she could confirm that the cats were ok for the night. I would absolutely work with Anya again and cannot recommend her highly enough. "This was our second time using Adriana as a sitter, after she met and exceeded all possible expectations on our first booking. And yet again, she managed to exceed expectations. She is prompt, thoughtful, considerate, and completely devoted to our cats. She followed an odd medication schedule for one cat without issue, and monitored our second cat to decide if it was ever necessary to medicate her chronic, on again, off again illness. While it wasn’t necessary this trip, it was the previous, and because of that we had complete faith that when Adriana said Inky’s eyes were fine, we knew she was okay — and importantly, instead of spending our vacation fretting about the cats, we could relax. Adriana stays in constant contact via Meowtel, sending numerous pictures and updates every visit, and understanding that time zones meant we couldn’t always immediately reply. It was always great to see the cats happy when we were awake and near phones! In fact, we joke that the cats are a little bummed we are home because Adriana is much better at playing with them than we are! We cannot recommend Adriana enough. If your pet just needs watching while you’re gone? Great. But if you have medically complicated pets, whether psychologically or biologically, pets that need medications daily or sporadically or based on behavior? Adriana is perfect, and you can go on your trip knowing your furry family member is in the best of hands. We cannot even begin to sing her the praises she deserves, or rate her high enough; this is going to have to do. Don’t wait, book her now. You won’t regret it!"
