Rene was fantastic! She visited our home for a meet and greet prior to her caring for our cat, Lucy. Rene was so kind and accommodating. We have never used a service to care for our cat. We were very skeptical, however, Rene’s caring demeanor and the fact that our cat warmed up to her immediately was a great start. While we were away, Rene sent us wonderful photos! Lucy actually ate cat treats from Rene hand, which she doesn’t do, not even with us her owners. We are very excited at the prospect of being able to take trips and know that Lucy is in such fantastic hands! We highly recommend her.

I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my five babies. First, Renee was able to be booked last minute before I had to make an emergency trip to Connecticut. I just moved to Maryland at the end of September so I was really worried about finding someone that I would trust to stay with my babies. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
