What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Please make sure you do your due diligence when hiring anyone that’s going to enter your home. Ask the appropriate questions such as their problem solving skills, their experience with handling cats and their schedules so that you have a clear understanding who you are hiring.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes I am! I tend to work every holiday and working holidays with cats is very easy and a lot more flexible.

What is your favorite cat toy?

The laser pointers. I really love using the lasers to play with my cat clients because it’s so cute and funny to watch them chase the light. Also, it’s cool to watch their hunting instincts kick in!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
