Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 6 kitties myself! The cat distribution systems knows a sucker when it sees one (it’s me, I’m the sucker). Their names are Chubbs, Nubbs, Birdie, Cashew, Beans, and Miss Kitty. You can see a few of them in my photos :)

Are you usually available during holidays?

My idea of a great day is hanging at home with a knitting project and a cat on my lap, so I don’t travel much for holidays. But I am more than happy to help you take care of your babies!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

When it comes to timid and anxious kitties, I always make sure to go at their speed. If they are interested, I’ll make sure they have a chance to sniff me before I go too far into their space. And if they are less interested, I’ll go off of their body language and give them as much space as they need to feel safe. But you know your cat best! Let me know what they like or need and I’m happy to accommodate

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
