I wanted to share this early on in case a repeat customer really wanted to book me. I will be on vacation May 1st -May 11th 2025. I know it's far ahead but I know people plan ahead, this way you are informed I will post this on the pawfect trip facebook page as well. I am currently an online streamer with a passion for animals, especially cats. I have grown up with animals all my life, but knew cats were my passion when I met my now wife’s cat 17 years ago. We have since gotten married and have had an average of 4 cats living with us at any one time. Our current cats are all seniors, ages 10-16; two of them we’ve had since they were about 8 weeks old. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
