Our Experience with Naeema was outstanding! She is a very kind person and our cats seemed to really like her. We received daily updates of the tasks done around the house and photos of our cats. Naeema went above and beyond and even brought in any packages that were delivered while we were gone. Overall she is just a very reliable person and it really helped ease our nerves traveling without our pets.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
