Manal was wonderful! She was communicative throughout the length of the visit, providing detailed updates as well as documenting Felix’s state. I am particular as a client because I am also a sitter, and Manal paid thoughtful attention to all considerations. My cat is a shy one, and by day three she permitted not only pets by Manal but was open to brushing and play - this is a huge sign of trust, and a big win :) Will absolutely hire Manal again and recommend her for your needs!
