I’m Alexandra, a lifelong cat lover and proud cat mom to two of my own babies:). I understand that every cat has their own personality, whether they’re social and playful or shy and independent. My goal is always to make your cat feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I will treat your cat how I treat my own :)
During visits, I provide fresh food and water, litter box cleaning, playtime, treats (per your discretion), and plenty of snuggles if they allow it! I would also be more than happy to send you photos and videos as I know I miss my cats while I’m away, too!
I also have experience caring for cats with special needs and administering basic medications when needed. As a cat mom myself, I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy who will treat your cat like family. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and respectful of both your home and your kitty’s routine.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Aside from having two cats of my own, I frequently cat sit for many friends, families, and now clients. I have been watching other cat parent’s cats for over a decade now. It really made me see how different every single cat is and how to adhere to their schedule, temperment, and personality.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two babies of my own- Daisy, who just turned 10 in May, and Peter, who is 7! They are my whole world. My goal is to treat your cats the same way I treat mine :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Something that I cannot stress enough is to thoroughly check our and vet (no pun intended) your cat sitter. I have heard so many horror stories and my goal is to make you feel as secure and comfortable as you can with your cat. Cats are family and they need to be treated with care by a reliable sitter.

Alexandra was fantastic! We will definitely be booking her again. She was very communicative and sent updates and photos to us during her visit. Our can be apprehensive with new people but he was out and about and appeared SO comfortable with Alexandra. we are so thankful we found someone who our cat is comfortable with!!

If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Plymouth cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $27.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
