"We had such a wonderful experience with Abby as our cat sitter. From the very first meet-and-greet, she made us feel completely comfortable and at ease—not just with us, but with our kids as well. She took the time to include them in the process, which meant so much to our family and helped build trust right away. Our cat, aptly Houdini, is quite anxious and notoriously stubborn about hiding. While Abby only briefly saw him during the initial visit, he chose to stay hidden and not come out to play during the rest of her visits. Despite this, Abby never missed a beat. She provided consistent updates, clear communication, and reassurance throughout our time away, which made us feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care. "I honestly can’t say enough good things about Annaliese. Leaving my cats is always stressful, especially because one of them has GI cancer and can get sick unexpectedly, but she gave me complete peace of mind. She went so far above and beyond what I expected. At one point my sick cat threw up, and she cleaned it up (event though I told we her she didn’t need to!) That level of kindness and care meant so much to me. She also sent the sweetest updates and photos after every visit, and it was obvious she genuinely loved spending time with my cats instead of just stopping by to check boxes. You can tell she truly cares about the animals she’s watching, and that is something you can’t teach. I came home to happy, well-loved cats, and I am beyond grateful for everything she did. This trip, Taylor sent videos and paid lots of attention to my cat, grooming her and playing her favorite games, as well as making sure all was well with food, water, and litter. My cat was happy to see me and affectionate, but also generally happy and healthy too."

That extended into the visit. Svitlana showed great compassion and patience, and showed our senior enough love to keep her from being too anxious while we were away and administered her medications and prepared her food- among many other things! I will definitely choose her again when we go on vacation in the future."

"Beth was a pleasure to work with. Communications are prompt and thorough. She tried diligently to medicate 2 of my three cats (pills) and my cats were not cooperative. One eventually ate the pill pockets for the few days we were gone but will no longer eat them so we are back to actively pilling her. Once cats bite into the enclosed bitter pill, they won't eat them anymore. Transdermal gel for both meds is in the cards for our next trip. Would I recommend Beth? Yes, in a heartbeat! I'm very happy to have found a pet sitter who is so good with my cats. Even my cat that usually hides made himself comfortable on Beth's lap!"
