She shared updates about our cat while we were away, stacked the mail nicely on our TV stand for when we got home and even offered to clean the area around the litter box that got a bit messy while we were gone. I felt confident from day 1 that Allison would be a great fit for our time away and I’m very grateful we had her as a resource. We’ll definitely be calling her again for our next trip. Highly recommend!"

During the meet and greet, she asked questions and took notes to ensure she understood our routine and how to work our tech gadgets. Her disposition and attitude immediately put us at ease. During our nearly three week trip, Lauren communicated with us every day, giving us updates on our babies and sending pictures. When one of our automatic feeders began acting up, she proactively worked to troubleshoot the problem and found work-arounds to accommodate our cat’s feeding schedules as necessary. Her messages were always positive and reassuring and it truly enabled us to have a carefree vacation knowing our cat babies were being taken care of. I cannot recommend her enough and definitely intend on booking her again in the very near future!!!"

"Elijah was wonderful. I was worried about traveling because my cat had recently been sick, but they made me feel comfortable and provided updates after every visit so I knew Paco (my cat) was okay. Paco warmed up to them immediately and got lots of play and cuddle time. I think he misses them because he sometimes sits at the door thinking someone is going to come home!"

"Brendan was sooooo wonderful from the beginning to the end of the catsitting. I am also a Meowtel sitter so I had high standards - and plus, a crazy cat lady to boot - but he met them perfectly. Brendan is very kind, friendly, and immediately puts you at ease during the meet and greet. My cat Humphrey is a little prickly with people who aren’t me but he took it all in stride and was incredibly patient with my cat. Brendan accepted all of his (and mine haha!) crazy with grace and by the end of the visit, Humphrey had warmed up to him more than he’s ever warmed up to someone that isn’t me before!! In addition, Brendan was communicative, very clean, flexible and polite throughout the two weeks he was checking in on my place. I would highly, highly recommend Brendan. I know I’ll use him again!"
