Elijah was wonderful. I was worried about traveling because my cat had recently been sick, but they made me feel comfortable and provided updates after every visit so I knew Paco (my cat) was okay. Paco warmed up to them immediately and got lots of play and cuddle time. I think he misses them because he sometimes sits at the door thinking someone is going to come home!

Elijah is an amazing pet sitter! My cat (Hawk) has an injury from a prior life that required surgery at the Michigan Humane Society. Elijah listened closely on our first meeting and made note of everything, anticipating that Hawk might need some additional care based on his injury from a prior life. During the actual stay, Elijah was thorough and detailed, letting me know the status on Hawk in addition to his litter and food. Hawk has a few extra steps regarding his food, which Elijah took great care in providing. Elijah also took great care in cleaning out Hawk's litter and water bowl during the stay. With the photo and text updates, I didn't worry once. In fact, I think Hawk and Elijah have become best friends!! If you are in need of a pet sitter, I would absolutely recommend Elijah. If you have a special needs cat, there is nobody better than Elijah either. His attention to detail, prompt communication, and love for animals make him the best of the best among pet sitters.

I would highly recommend Elijah to watch your kitties! We were new to Meowtel, and normally arrange for family or friends to watch our cats. We wanted to try a service so we didn't have to do all the work to arrange a sitter. We tried out Elijah based on his good reviews and were not disappointed. Scheduling was very easy on the website, and we selected one 20 minute in the AM and 45 minute in the PM each day so our 2 cats would have some play time. We had a meet and great and he came over to meet the cats and see their routine, food location, etc. While we were gone Elijah checked in at each visit, sent photos and descriptions of how the cats were doing. He had listened at our introduction and remembered the care instructions we gave him. We have an older cat who is a picky eater and he made sure he ate at each visit. He also gave the younger cat play time, and cleaned the litter daily. He sent pictures of the cats eating, playing, and relaxing, as well as pictures showing he cleaned the litter box. He even cleaned up a dead mouse, which was very unexpected! This gave us a comfort level that the cats were well taken care of. The cats seems to warm right up to Elijah and I would definitely have Elijah back at our next trip.

Eli was great! Made sure our kitty's water and food bowls were always full and even washed them. Eli played with him and also sent multiple pictures so we could see our little guy. Couldn't recommend Eli more! (:

Elijah was great! He was able to manage my elderly ginger cat's meds and also befriend my young scaredy cat! He was kind and communicative. He sent pictures and updates. I am very happy to find a cat sitter like Elijah and will definitely request him again!

Amazing experience having Elijah as our overnight sitter. He sent lots of pictures and updates on what the cats were up to. We have 6 all together. Elijah is very caring and helpful. Communication with us was great. He will definitely be our go to when we have another trip. He made our time away worry free.

Elijah did a great job taking care of Gus! He wasn’t the happiest cat this weekend so Elijah responded to his body language and gave him space as needed but still gave him attention! Very prompt responses, detailed, etc! We would book him again and recommend you to book Elijah!
