Karissa is always so good with my cat. She's very friendly, always on time, communicates very well. My cat loves her! He's an elderly boy who needs meds and I am never worried when I'm leaving him in Karissa's care. She's the best!

My senior kitty has some issues that require medication (high blood pressure, appetite stimulant, constipation, subcutaneous fluids) which often meant I had to bring him with me or limit my travel, which made me anxious about the first trip that I couldn't take him with. Karissa was awesome at the meet-and-greet, she asked a lot of questions and took notes which helped to calm my nerves. Karissa's updates about how his medications and overall status calmed my nerves, plus she sent a cute photo of him every day. I came home to a happy kitty, who did miss me, but was also well taken care of in my absence.
