Karissa was amazing. My senior kitty has some issues that require medication (high blood pressure, appetite stimulant, constipation, subcutaneous fluids) which often meant I had to bring him with me or limit my travel, which made me anxious about the first trip that I couldn't take him with. Karissa was awesome at the meet-and-greet, she asked a lot of questions and took notes which helped to calm my nerves. Karissa's updates about how his medications and overall status calmed my nerves, plus she sent a cute photo of him every day. I came home to a happy kitty, who did miss me, but was also well taken care of in my absence.
