Lucy came to meet our cat twice, as he has been having aggression issues. She was so patient and good at giving him space and he eventually warmed up to her! It was awesome knowing all the care she was taking and noticing the little details. Her updates were amazing and it made us feel so good seeing their good interactions increase during our long trip!

I hired Lucy as I had gone on vacation for a week. This was my first time being away from my cats so naturally I was nervous & unsure of how it was gonna go. Lucy was wonderful in every way! I was a bit apprehensive about having a sitter come into my home, never having used a service before and having a very shy senior kitty. But, Lucy’s professionalism’s, understanding and flexibility with me, especially with the issue we had with my apt. key & entering my bldg., put my mind at ease. She also took wonderful care of my shy little Lilly….attending to everything I asked her to do and sent pictures of Lilly every day. Lucy even got down on the floor to pet Lilly, who stayed under my bed most days, when she was there. A couple times, she graced Lucy with her presence, but proceeded to eat immediately upon receiving her food! lol I highly recommend Lucy and definitely will use her again in the future! 😻

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
