Kristen is the best! She started out watching my 13 year old kitty who passed away. Sweet Kristen sent flowers and a card. Then I started to foster and she watched a very shy but sweet boy for me. I came home from that trip with another foster and my original foster was adopted. I have since adopted my second foster and Kristen just watched her. Squeak loved Kristen and I always knew that Squeak was in good hands. Kristen sent photos and texts daily so I knew all was well. We met in person to go over the specifics of caring for our cats and afterwards we felt confident our pets would be in good hands and that Kristen was very trustworthy. Kristen sent us just the right amount on information regarding the cats while we were away and she helped us out with watering our outdoor plants and brought in our garbage cans as well. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
