Molly was my first-ever cat sitter outside of family, and she truly set the bar! She was reliable, punctual, and followed every instruction to a tee-plus more. She managed my senior cat’s medication effortlessly and kept me posted with frequent, detailed updates that completely put my mind at ease. Mozart clearly adored her and thrived with all the attention! On top of top-notch cat care, Molly watered my plants and swept up the litter area to keep everything spotless. Molly did an amazing job with our kitty. We recommend her 100%. She went above and beyond for us. A very kind cat sitter who cleaned cat dishes, followed all "directions", sent wonderful updates AND took the greatest pictures of my kitty i think I have!

Molly was great! Followed the directions into my apartment complex (which are often difficult for even delivery drivers to understand) seamlessly. Also sent lots of pics and videos when she visited! I originally told her I wouldn't need help with mail, but got packages while I was away that she was happy to grab without hesitation. Definitely would book Molly again to watch my cat and reccomend her highly to others! :)

The visit went well! Kitty was fed and played with, but the litter box wasn’t cleaned at all :(

Thanks for the review! I ensure you I cleaned the litter daily. The waste was put in her litter genie. Sorry for any misunderstanding! I will definitely take photos of cleaned litter going forward, so this doesn't happen again.

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.
