Hi, my name is Emma! Growing up with cat-allergic parents, I yearned for a kitty of my own, once even telling my mom I'd be willing to sleep on the porch if that's what it took to have a cat. Thankfully for all involved, it never came to that β but once I had a place of my own, you best believe I adopted my first cat. My partner and I currently spend an absurd amount of time playing with, singing to, and attending to every whim of Rambo, our tiny, tubby, tawny tabby. In early July, I found an emaciated but spicy young stray screaming for help behind a restaurant in St. Paul. Now that she's spayed, safe, and well fed, it's been so rewarding to see her personality reveal itself. She and Rambo have a ways to go before they're besties (she's kind of an Eliza Doolittle and he's more of a Henry Higgins), but I'm optimistic. Emma was truly amazing. If you desire someone who is thorough, communicative, and absolutely attentive to the needs of your baby/cat/kitten/critter, Emma is your human. She took the time to get to know Romeo and all of his little quirks and idiosyncrasies. For the first time, after several departures/trips away from my Romeo, when I returned home he was a little less spicy with me for being away. I attributed this to the care and attention given him by Emma. He was so well-adjusted, happy, and affectionate vs giving me a cold shoulder for a day or so. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
