Yes, I have three cats, each with their own personality and lessons to share. Their names are Suri, Bernard, and Cinnamon. They’ve taught me so much about patience, play, and reading body language. Suri enjoys quiet company, Bernard loves cuddles and play, and Cinnamon is endlessly curious. Living with them has helped me understand how different every cat’s rhythm and comfort level can be.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I really like wand toys with feathers and ribbons (or rather my cats do). They bring out a cat’s natural curiosity and hunting instinct. But honestly, I love seeing how cats turn everyday objects into their own toys. As long as it’s safe for them, I enjoy watching how they make a game out of something simple, like a bottle caps or cardboard boxes.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I move slowly, stay quiet, and let them approach when they feel ready. I give them space to observe me first and pay close attention to small cues like tail movements or ear positions to understand their comfort level. Sometimes I just sit nearby, reading or talking softly so they can become familiar with my presence. Giving cats choice and consistency helps them feel safe and build trust over time.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
