Jessie went above and beyond while caring for my cat. During a fire alarm in my building, she quickly evacuated my cat in her carrier to her car, keeping her safe. She also cleaned up after my cat when she had an upset stomach and was flexible enough to add an extra day at the last minute. Jessie’s care, quick thinking, and reliability were outstanding—I highly recommend her!

Jessie is a fabulous cat and house sitter! This time, Jessie came in twice daily and the middle day we were gone three times. She took great care of our cat and tried her very best to get our cat to come out of her shell! Jessie took copious notes on our care wishes for our cat and followed the written instructions I left just perfectly! Jessie’s care of our cat was exactly like my care of our cat! Jessie took great care of our cat’s litter box and food and water area. It was wonderful to come home to a well cared for and well played with cat! The reservation process was quick and easy. I initially made an error when reserving my dates, but I was able to cancel and reschedule with the correct dates quickly. Jessie responded almost instantly to my request and an initial meeting was scheduled. For the actual cat-sitting period, Jessie demonstrated timely communication, keen attention-to-detail, and warmth and concern for our cats. I can’t bedevil she was able to watch our nervous kitty. when we travel our cat becomes so stressed that she even can get territorial. But with skill Jessie was able to take care of her like no one else has been able to.

She took plenty of photos to let us know are cat was safe and happy and left a very detailed message on her general well being such as mood, what she had eaten, etc. We were just using Meowtel for a shorter trip to try it out and had one visit. Jessie was awesome to work with and I am very happy with Meowtel. Already booked my next longer trip with her. Thanks Jessie and Meowtel!
