Shanna is an excellent kitty carer. We have three Maine Coons and that’s a tall order. When Shanna is here verything is taken care of and tidied up—and time left over for some cuddles and brushing—which two of my kitties LOVE! It was great! She was really easy to work with, she promptly was able to arrange a meet and greet and she was great with my boys. She brought toys with her on her visits and kept them happy and fed. I would highly recommend her.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
