Important update! Due to many life changes I will no longer be able to manage the addition of cat sitting. It has been a very difficult decision to make and one that saddens me greatly. I believe I could be a great fit for you as a cat sitter! I currently have two cats of my own that are almost the center of my world. One of my cats has been diagnosed with FIV and requires a lot of attention to her health. We currently have to give her a liquid medication orally with a syringe but have in the past given her ear drops, eye drops, and pills hidden in miscellaneous food items. Sneaky little devil always figures out after a dose or two that pill was hidden in her "special" treat... I aim to create a trusting atmosphere when it comes to watching your cat(s). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
