I keep hiring Shannon again and again because she cares so much about my cats and does an excellent job making sure they're okay while I'm gone. My skittish cat loves her!

I have a very skittish cat who I was worried would hide and refuse to eat for a cat sitter. Shannon went above and beyond to gain my shy cat’s trust to the point where he was asking her for pets! Shannon was super communicative and kept me updated. I will def be hiring her again!

Shannon was amazing with our shy gal - she took the time to get her out of her hiding place to give her some pets and treats. She sent adorable photos along the way and we would absolutely ask her to come check on our gal next time we’re away.

To start, this was my first time ever using an in-home pet sitter that I do not know personally. That being said, I am completely blown away at the communication, the care and the affordability! Meowtel to my understanding does not only serve the area that I live in, but the amazing Caretaker, Shannon, that we relied upon to went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that our 3 cats were very well taken care of. She even managed to make friends with one of our most skittish cats!-Mr. Hobbes! And that for sure says a lot!!! I absolutely recommend this company and more directly Shannon!

Shannon is fabulous. She makes my cat feel comfortable. My cat was sitting on her lap and the cat does not sit on my lay! I love that she is very conscientious about everything. The mail, the lights in the house and most importantly my cat.

Shannon is fabulous. Lily is still getting used to her visiting but by end of the four days that Shannon visited Lily was playing back, a little. Shannon goes beyond the call of duty, it was very cold, while we were away, and she was concerned about the pipes freezing and the temperature in the house. I highly recommend Shannon. I know Lily is being looked after by someone that truly cares. I hope she can be Lily's sitter for years to come.

You can tell that Shannon is an animal and cat lover. I have a very shy cat and she took the time to give him attention and make sure his sister didn't eat his food. Shannon provided excellent service. We enjoyed the daily pictures a lot!

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon. She is thoughtful and kind and will do anything for anyone. In addition to visiting Lily, she will check the mail and even watered my garden. I hope she will be available as long as Lily needs her.

Shannon is simply great. She gives updates on everything from how my kitty is to if she is running late. She goes beyond just playing with Lily, she brings in the mail, the trash can. She is very considerate, and I hope she can continue to be a part of Lily's life for a long time. Don't know what I would do without her.
