Alice was fantastic with my kittens while I was out of town for a week. I felt really guilty leaving them after only having them for 2 months, but Alice put all my fears to rest. Pre-trip, she came to meet them and took detailed notes about their routine. Even though they haven't interacted with many others, they took to her immediately. While I was away, she sent lots of pictures of playtime and provided excellent reports regarding their activities and behaviors. Knowing they were doing so well took away my stress and guilt, making for a better vacation. They had a yummy wet food treat every day, and Alice easily mastered keeping the feeder and litter robot maintained, adding food and changing the litter bag several times. She even washed out and charged the automatic water fountain when one of the cats got litter in it. Most notably, she somehow got my shy girl to accept kitty toothpaste without her greedy brother eating it first, a true testament to her skill! My babies loved Alice, and I know I will call upon her again the next time I travel somewhere that I can't take them along.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
