We had a great experience with Lauren. She was very communicative and nice. She took great care of our kitty while we were away. She gave us daily updates and photos of litter and food and what her interaction with our little Dizzy was daily. We would hire Lauren again in a heartbeat!

Lauren was so fantastic during the whole process - from communicating for the ‘meet n greet’ to the actual visit in a confusing apartment complex. She is highly communicative and even though my cat is shy, you could tell that Lauren had a soothing presence and was a welcomed visitor. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who is looking for a conscientious, kind and loving cat-sitter!

Attention to detail and very thorough!

Lauren has watched our 2 girls for a couple years and has always done great with them. We recently added a 3rd kitten to the household and as always Lauren was the best babysitter!

Lauren is a very nice person and responsive to messages. However, she’s the only cat sitter I’ve had in 13 years that was overwhelmed by basic pet sitting duties. Although she was thorough, it took her significant time to complete basic tasks. She complained about it to me in real time, as well as on my ring camera, “this is terrible” while filling up my cat’s water. Ultimately I shortened the reservation because I needed to find someone who wouldn’t stress me out on my vacation.

Lauren was very friendly and gave me an update on my kitty, which was appreciated!

Lauren is an amazing caretaker for our cats! She was very responsive and great and sending updates. I would definitely recommend her and will be hiring her in the future as well to take care of our cats!

This is the third time we have had Lauren watch our kitties and this time she helped our son and daughter-in-law out with their kitties too. The terrible shooting of US Marshall and police officers in East Charlotte happened while we were gone and Lauren patiently waded through the traffic situation to get to our kitties that day. Certainly “above and beyond”!

I’m so thankful to Lauren for watching our cats over the holidays. She came down before the scheduled dates to meet the cats and get familiar with their habits. She arrived at the same time every day and kept in great contact with pictures and texts. Lauren had a great aura which made our more skittish cat, Kate, comfortable enough to come out of hiding to be pet and loved. I came home to a very thoughtful gift of a handwritten card and 2 plush mice toys which the girls have loved. 10/10 experience with Lauren so I’m looking forward to her expertise the next time we leave town.

LAUREN WAS OUR FUR-BABIES SITTER FOR A WEEK (1ST TIME THEY HAVE BEEN WITHOUT US). SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! SHE KEPT US APPRISED OF THEIR EATING AND BATHROOM HABITS. SHE SAT AND WAITED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD "VISIT" WITH HER. SHE KEPT THEIR FOOD AND POTTY AREAS CLEAN AND APPEALING FOR THEIR USE. WHEN WE GOT HOME, BOBBIE LYNN AND WINSTON WERE EVERY BIT AS HAPPY AS WHEN WE LEFT-IF NOT BETTER. Lauren did an outstanding job looking after our three cats while we were away for a week. She managed to navigate our electronic keypad deadbolt and engage / disengage our alarm system to gain entry, as well. She communicated very well with us throughout the process. she provided great pics to us!
