Natalie took great care with our skittish and anxious kitty Luna. She spent the first few days sitting with her and letting her get comfortable and it worked like a charm. Luna came out for snacks, then cuddles, then some outdoor play time more quickly than we ever expected. The updates and photos showed clearly how much she was enjoying her new friend. Natalie also went above and beyond what was asked, staying extra time when Luna was finally engaging and cleaning and tidying up bowls, etc. We will 100% rebook with Natalie next time we travel.

Natalie took care of our 4 babies for a week and did a wonderful job! One of cats is skittish about new people but warmed up to her very quickly. Natalie always gave us updates and sent us pictures with every visit, reassuring us that they are being well taken care of. The cats seemed a lot less stressed when we got home. It is clear that cats are very much her passion as she was very affectionate towards them. Thank you again!

Natalie was absolutely amazing with my kitten Clara! Our family went away for a week and I was so worried about leaving our 5 month old kitten. As soon as I met Natalie, I felt relief. Natalie more than lived up to my first impressions. She’s smart, kind and personable and it felt like she really loved my kitty! She went above and beyond and even helped me out when my dogs needed to come back a day early from boarding. Natalie was excellent at communicating and giving me updates. Natalie was the absolute best to take care of my old dumb cat while I was away for the weekend. You can tell she really loves cats - she took great pictures and sent updates the whole time. Was able to easily follow logistics instructions and even cleaned up some hairballs 💀 sorry Natalie. She went above and beyond taking out trash and I’m pretty sure she emptied my vacuum too?? Natalie was the most **incredible cat sitter**. She responded to my inquiry lightning fast. I had to leave town unexpectedly for a medical issue, and she jumped right in. I felt immediately comfortable trusting her; she's so kind. Knowing she was taking care of my kitty was a huge blessing! It was such a stressful time, but I could tell Natalie really loved my cat Boba (who has a lot of personality and energy!) Natalie sent me regular updates, pictures, videos, and when my time away got extended, she rolled with it and was able to continue care. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Natalie went absolutely over and beyond looking out for my cat Buttons while I was out of town. Quick response, photos/videos, and just overall being great to work with. In fact, I keep walking into the living room to Buttons just staring at the front door hoping Natalie comes back for a hang. Can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Natalie enough! I recently left my cats in her care for 10 days — the longest I’ve ever been away from them — and I was so anxious at first. Her heart is enormous and she immediately bonds with any animal and person that she meets. She runs her own business, manages her home, and kisses her cats.
