Jalanie was great from start to finish! she was so communicative and came to the house before the reservation to meet my cat, do a walkthrough, and ask questions. She was so patient with my cat (who is a grouch), messaged during each visit to keep me updated on how my cat was doing. Overall, an awesome experience and I absolutely plan to book with Jalanie again.

Hire this lady. She is the best pet sitter I have ever had. She treats my cats with such love and affection. She provided me regular updates that include pictures and videos. She doesn't just sit there She actually engages with my cats and provides enrichment and cuddles them. Shes incredibly neat and tidy and treats my place with respect which I greatly value. Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
