I have been cat-sitting since I was a teenager (back in the last millennium). Since 2009, I have had my own feline roommates. Over the years, I have enjoyed being surrounded by purrs, but have also had to administer meds during my late cat's Trixie cancer treatment, clean noses and ears during illnesses, and my senior cat, Max, is now needing topical and oral meds as he lives (well) with kidney disease.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love being around cats and all animals, and I enjoy meeting new feline friends. I am also happy to provide peace of mind to other pet parents so that they can enjoy their time away from home.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes, currently I have two feline roommates. Max is my senior, who is almost 14 years old. I found him as a stray 12 years ago. Lucy is my kitten, whom I found in a parking lot when she was barely 8 weeks old. My late cats were very loved, and their names are Emma, Turbo, and Trixie.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I am available during most holidays, especially when I know well in advance that I have a reservation for a cat sit.

Communicative and friendly pet sitter, who watched my cats for a few days while I went out of town to help my sister after her surgery. I appreciate her checking on my cats (one was hiding upstairs) and giving Layla Ali cuddles. My Maine coone cat Layla Ali is super friendly 🫶 and considers everyone her bestie, but my black cat El Gato side eyes everyone 👁️ and it takes him a while to open up. Katrin was patience, followed all instructions, and took great care of my cats. Would highly recommend!

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
