Madelynn has taken care of my beloved geriatric cat numerous times over the last 4 years. she is always so attentive, communicates well, follows directions, and provides updates for every visit with lots of photos. This time around, I had Madelynn come by 3 times a day and she sent detailed information on how my cat was doing every visit. I always hope Madelynn is available to take care of my cat when I’m traveling and definitely trust her to continue taking care of him in the future.

Madelynn was outstanding! Trustworthy, attentive, great communication. We had to leave town the day after our kitty had surgery, so she needed pretty close supervision and several overnight stays. Madelynn was so great! She took care of our very shy cat Grover while we were away and he warmed up to her almost immediately which he almost never does to people he doesn’t know. She followed all of our instructions and gave him lots of love and affection. Her communication from very first meet and greet to final check in was perfect and timely and she sent a thorough review after each visit followed by pictures.
