Yes! I have a brown tabby named Shirley May who is 6yo and a black cat named Capri who is 10yo :)

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

If possible, I like to come over before the cat parents leave so I can meet the cat and have the parents show me around. I like to get familiar with the cat’s personality, what toys they like, and what makes them comfortable so I can make sure they’re not stressed when I come over for the first time after the parents leave.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I will start by sitting on the floor and will let the cat come up to me on their own time. I will put some of their toys around me or something else that they’re used to so they are comfortable. I’ll hold out my hand and let them sniff me to get used to my scent. I let the cat take the lead on the first few interactions and won’t pet them until they let me.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
