"Alice was fantastic with my kittens while I was out of town for a week. I felt really guilty leaving them after only having them for 2 months, but Alice put all my fears to rest. Pre-trip, she came to meet them and took detailed notes about their routine. Even though they haven't interacted with many others, they took to her immediately. While I was away, she sent lots of pictures of playtime and provided excellent reports regarding their activities and behaviors. Knowing they were doing so well took away my stress and guilt, making for a better vacation. They had a yummy wet food treat every day, and Alice easily mastered keeping the feeder and litter robot maintained, adding food and changing the litter bag several times. She even washed out and charged the automatic water fountain when one of the cats got litter in it. Most notably, she somehow got my shy girl to accept kitty toothpaste without her greedy brother eating it first, a true testament to her skill! My babies loved Alice, and I know I will call upon her again the next time I travel somewhere that I can't take them along."

She paid attention and saw the cats weren’t drinking enough so she added more bowls which helped. One of my cats is a very active 1.5 yr old boy who harasses his sisters when he doesn’t get enough play. "Reece has watched over my cat, Penelope, four times in the last two months, and she has been great! On my side, she is punctual and always messages me when she heads over, arrives, and leaves. She also provides very detailed reports and the best photos. Additionally, she has always helped when there were issues, such as taking out the trash or fixing the campers. Reece opens the window so Penelope can feel fresh air and then closes it without fail before she leaves. What is even more important, Penelope really likes her! I can see that in the way she plays with Reece and how happy she is when Reece comes by. She looks happy when I come home, too. All in all, I am very happy that I have discovered Reece and that Reece agreed to work with Penelope and me."
