What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love getting to meet new interesting cats, the playful ones, the cuddling ones, even the grumpy ones :) Cat sitting gives me the opportunity to meet new people and their pets. I enjoy being able to ease the stress of the owners and the pets while they’re away from each other.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Start looking early and pre screen as much as you’re able to. That way, if you discover it’s not a good fit during meet and greet you have time to meet a different sitter. As someone with cats who can be anxious for new people and require medication, I’ve found it’s very important to go through a detailed walkthrough of expectations in advance of hiring.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Since I’m currently helping care for my parents part time as opposed to having a full time job, I’m not traveling over holidays. So I’d be happy cat sit for folks who travel for holidays!

What is your favorite cat toy?

The humble string will always will always reign supreme - no batteries required!

Eric did an amazing job with our cat Midas. Everyday, Eric was sending updates and pictures on Midas. Eric was also able to administer all of Midas' medications and took care of things around our house while we were on vacation. I would highly recommend Eric's to anyone that needs to have their cat(s) and home if you are away.

Eric did a great job with all three of our fur babies! We were kept updated with photos and videos, and they were so content when we came home! And all of this was while we had some unexpected construction going on, so he handled a complex situation like a pro! I highly recommend him!

If you are looking for someone to care for your kitties, then Eric is that person. I have several inside cats and lots of outside kitties including a feral colony that need food and water stations changed out daily and he did it all. Eric was so great with both the inside and outside babies. My outside kitties warmed up to him quickly and was eager to see him arrive each day. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your kitties like his own, then reach out to Eric. My kitties love him. Also, the daily updates and pics was wonderful. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
