If you are looking for someone to care for your kitties, then Eric is that person. I have several inside cats and lots of outside kitties including a feral colony that need food and water stations changed out daily and he did it all. Eric was so great with both the inside and outside babies. My outside kitties warmed up to him quickly and was eager to see him arrive each day. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your kitties like his own, then reach out to Eric. My kitties love him. Also, the daily updates and pics was wonderful. First vacation that I was not worried because I knew all the kitties were in good hands. Thanks Eric

Eric did an amazing job with our cat Midas. Everyday, Eric was sending updates and pictures on Midas. Eric was also able to administer all of Midas' medications and took care of things around our house while we were on vacation. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
