"I think Jana loves my cats more than I do...if that's possible! She text pictures when she was caring for my 2 cats, as well as updates on anything she felt was out of the ordinary or not in the notes. For example she saw that a cat went just outside the box, I had some pee pads and shared where they were and this resolved the issue. I also have 2 dogs and when one of them passed I knew she would want to know, she was on the short list of people I contacted that same day. Besides loving my cats (and calling them "love bites" when Mittens gets frisky) Jana is very patient and takes things at the speed of the cat. She has a calming presence and is very responsible! She does what she says and I completely trust her with my home and my cats."
