What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been a cat owner since age 9 and have taken care of cats since I was a child. When I became a teenager I would watch my parents 3 cats when they would go out of town, making sure the litter box was cleaned every 3 days, feeding, filling water bowls, and administering medications, such as Amoxicillin. I have also pet sat for friends and am happy to provide references.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy getting to spend time with the cats and learn their unique personalities. I identify as a cat magnet and enjoy giving them pets and playtime.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My favorite cat sitting reservation was recently when I took care of my coworkers orange tabby and calico! The orange tabby was spunky and the calico whom she said was shy warmed up to me when I knelt down and let her come up to me on her own first.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
