Jenna went above and beyond for us during our reservation, taking care of all of our little kitty's needs, providing wonderful detailed updates along with several incredible photos each visit, as well as bringing in our mail and packages for us while we were away. Communication was quick and friendly and our little cat was as happy and content as she could be with Jenna's love and care for her and playtime, of course, during our absence.
