My visits are calm, thorough, and not rushed. I handle the basics right... Iām the kind of sitter who treats cats like actual little people with opinions, routines, and the occasional unprovoked act of chaos. I live in a multi-cat household myself, so shy cats, clingy cats, old cats, and tiny orange criminals donāt scare me off. I pay attention, follow directions, and keep things consistent so your cat stays comfortable while youāre away.
My visits are calm, thorough, and not rushed. I handle the basics right, food, water, litter, cleanup, check-ins, and I keep an eye out for anything that seems off behavior-wise. I know a lot of cats do best with someone who respects their space first and earns trust second, so thatās how I approach it. If your cat wants attention, great. If they want to stare at me from across the room like Iāve committed a felony, also great.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Iāve been caring for cats for years and currently manage a busy multi-cat household myself, so Iām very comfortable with different personalities, routines, and quirks. Iām used to handling feeding, litter care, cleanup, playtime, and keeping an eye on behavior so I can spot when something seems off.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I do. I have eight cats of my own: Baby, Charley, Fluffy, Jade, Loki, Tuxie, Midnight, and Honey. Plus Brutus who visits often. Living with that many cats means Iām very used to different temperaments, energy levels, boundaries, and the general tiny-house-lion politics that come with a multi-cat home.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I donāt force interaction. With timid or anxious cats, I stay calm, move slowly, and let them set the pace. Some cats want attention right away, and some want to judge me from under the bed like I owe them money. Either way, I respect their space, keep things predictable, and focus on making them feel safe.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
