Amber was quick to respond and set up the meet and greet in good time. She made the effort in the meet and greet the first time to meet both of my cats who of course were shy. One of them Garner just enough courage to get up on the bed and allow Amber to pet her so this was nice to see. Amber did a great job updating me on the cats and their food level as well as doing, which could to see if the cats would come out and socialize with her. She also took photos of the cats so I had an idea of how they were doing, and of course it was easy to see both my cats missed me quite a bit. Amber surprisingly left a small bag of cat treats and some cat toys for the cats as a little token of appreciation for reaching out to her for the services for my cats and my cats very much appreciate the new toys and of course the treats as well. I highly recommend Amber to care for your cats. She is sweet and you can tell that she has the interest of your pets. I also remember her taking notes at the meet and greet so she understood every aspect of the cats needs so she is very detail oriented and she will keep your pets. Happy if you need to be away for a long distance or a long period of time as I was.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
