"Kayla took great care of Dexter. It’s usually very stressful for us to leave him when we go out of town, because his meals are kind of particular and he gets anxious around people he doesn’t know. He warmed up to Kayla immediately at our meet and greet with her, and we were confident she would take good care of him. She sent a photo or video of him every time she visited, and we could tell even from the photos that he was his usual relaxed self. When we got back he was calm, not upset or irritable like he had been in the past when we’ve come back from a trip. Knowing that Kayla would be here made it so much easier for us to relax on our vacation, and we would definitely love to book her again in the future. Thank you Kayla!!"

"Jackie did a fabulous job of watching our cat Ronu. It was his first time with a sitter since we adopted him. Ronu is a classic orange cat with a goofy, talkative personality. He loves stealing food he isn’t supposed to eat. He accidentally had a bit of a chocolate chip croissant wrapped in foil while we were gone. Jackie informed us immediately and handled taking Ronu to the ER very diligently including managing his care and correspondence with the vet. Everything turned out fine. I was impressed by how calmly, honestly and patiently she handled bringing Ronu to the ER. She gave us regular updates through out Ronu’s ER visit and photos of play time. Highly recommend Jackie. Special shout out for managing a stressful situation so well!"

Based on photos, our kitties were clearly comfortable and continued with their daily routines (and demands for love) without us. Appreciate Adina also 1/ looking into cat inhalers beforehand (our boy needs it 2x a day) and 2/ caring for our chinchilla as well 3/ keeping things tidy during the stay. "We had a wonderful experience with May while we were out of the country from April 2–6. We have three cats—Dusty, Cream, and Bailey—and she took exceptional care of all of them. Bailey is a recent rescue from our yard and is still not very socialized, so we were especially appreciative of how patient and attentive May was with him. She made sure he was fed properly and even managed to send us photos of him, which gave us great peace of mind. May visited twice daily, consistently feeding the cats, cleaning their litter boxes, and sending updates with pictures after each visit. She also checked in when she arrived and when she left, which made us feel very secure while we were away. On top of that, she went above and beyond by bringing in our mail and packages each day. And as a bonus, she captured an absolutely amazing photo of Dusty standing on just his two back legs—a true keeper! We felt completely confident that our cats and our home were in excellent hands with May. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and are already planning to use her for upcoming trips."

She was booked to care for our two young cats during our upcoming vacation when, out of the blue, our 4-year-old cat Maggie was diagnosed with FOPS (feline orofacial pain syndrome). This condition can cause constant pawing at the face and severe chewing of the tongue, lips, inner cheeks, or gums. Maggie needed two transdermal medications twice a day, and we thought we’d have to cancel our non-refundable trip. I explained the situation to Sarah, who asked about the diagnosis and treatment and requested to observe me applying the medication. We met a second time, and she reassured me she could handle it. Since Maggie was responding well to treatment, we decided to go ahead with the trip. While we were away, Sarah sent videos of her applying the medication and reassured us that Maggie was behaving normally, along with photos of feeding time and playtime. Everything was spotless when we returned, and — most importantly — both cats clearly had a wonderful time with her. They gave her head-butts and curled up in her lap. Sarah is simply the best cat sitter we’ve ever had, and we recommend her wholeheartedly."
