I can’t tell you how relaxed and at ease I was knowing that Kayla was caring for my cats. As a cat owner herself and a long time volunteer at a cat shelter, she’s extremely knowledgeable about a cat’s needs and behaviors. She cares for my girls as if they are her own. They are always fed, watered, played with, and left with clean litter. She sends pictures to ease my aching heart when I miss them. She updates me on their behaviors and antics throughout their visit. I first hired Kayla for an extended trip to Japan and have since hired Kayla to care for my cats on numerous occasions over the last two years. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
