What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Honestly, I love how each cat I take care of is different! Every cat has their own routines, quirks, and way of showing affection. Some of super social, some take time to warm up and I enjoy earning their trust. Wheater it’s playtime, feeding, or just laying on the floor keeping them company. It’s always rewarding to me when a cat starts to recognize me as a part of their routine!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have eight amazing cats. Bebe, Moon, Remy, Cheddar, Stormy, Bella, Shadow, & Amy. Ranging from the ages of 1-8 years old, They each truly have their own crazy personalities.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I always follow all care instructions exactly! I make sure to keep the environment clean, and make sure doors and windows are secure at all times. I also keep a close eye on each cat for any changes in behavior or health and provide regular updates with photos/vidoes. Respecting my client’s home and privacy is just as important to me as caring for their cat.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes, I am! I understand people have lives, and pets still need constant care during travel seasons, and I’m happy to provide reliable, loving & caring services during those times

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I handle timid & anxious cats with patience and calm energy, allowing them to set the pace. I respect boundaries, maintain routines, move slowly, and build trust through consistency along with gentle reassurance

We had a fantastic first experience with Sirjahad! One of our cats requires a lot of medications, has anxiety, and is prone to resisting, especially when someone new is administering them. Sirjahad medicated our cat with ease, giving us peace of mind on our vacation. He groomed, played with, and gave affection to our cats throughout his visits. Sirjahad was a 10/10 all around. This was the first time my husband and I have left our cats with someone other than a family member for friend, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We got constant updates about our cats and even got pictures and videos. He was also very understanding of our torti and how she reacts with things and respected her space. My husband and I will definitely be booking again when needed!

First time having a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while partner and I were away and I’m so glad I found Sirjahad. He gave daily updates so we wouldn’t worry about them and super patient - my cats are very specific about how they want their food lol and he didn’t even bat an eye. Super attentive and thoughtful about taking precautions ahead of that random heatwave we got. 10/10 would work with him again in a heartbeat

Sir was absolutely amazing! He took care of our 2 cats, for five days while we were away and went above and beyond by also watering our plants and making sure our outdoor cat friends were fed and okay. We met beforehand and felt comfortable with him right away. You can tell he’s a true animal lover. Sir was reliable, caring, and made the whole experience stress-free for us, especially this being our first time on Meowtel or using a service. Our cats adored him (they definitely miss him, and so do we!). We highly recommend Sir to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter—five stars all around!

Sirjahad was AWESOME with our cats when we were away for 2 weeks. He updated us with so many videos and photos. One of our cats has some minor medical issues and he was sure to keep a close eye on her and update us with how she was doing. Our cats loved him right away. Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.

All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
